This was a very interesting project. Still in the pricing and funding stage, the Trustees of the Dargaville Community Gardens wanted a pavillion to provide a performance area.
This outdoor stage was meant to provide a focus for the gardens.
The proposed structure is a series of timber gluelam beams and arches with a timber lattice acting as bracing and lateral support.
